About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Mental Health team

in Birmingham. You will be providing person-centered support to adults with mental health

needs in a residential setting, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to people's lives every day.

You will work as part of a supportive team, receiving ongoing training and development

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide emotional and practical support to service users
Assist with daily living activities including personal care
Support service users to access community activities
Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Administer medication following training and protocols
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
Respond appropriately to challenging situations
Promote independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in health and social care (preferred but not essential)
Genuine passion for supporting people with mental health needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Willingness to complete mandatory training
Good written English for record keeping
Enhanced DBS check (we will support with application)
Right to work in the UK
